Because each glass is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@oakandetch.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customer error in personalization (e.g. misspelled names or incorrect dates entered during checkout)
- Normal wear and tear
