At Oak & Etch, every order is custom printed and packed with care. We currently ship only within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made. Please allow 2–3 business days for printing and processing before your item ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days from the date of order. This includes production and shipping time.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on all orders. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@oakandetch.com and we’ll do our best to assist you. However, Oak & Etch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
